Participants are required to submit an extended abstract of no more than two pages (or 1000 words). The submission must include Manuscript title, Author(s), affiliation(s), and Contact details. The abstract should clearly outline the research, methodology, major results, and conclusions.
The conference committee will evaluate all submitted abstracts and assign each paper to either an oral or a poster presentation format. Authors will be notified of their assigned presentation mode via the conference website during the first week of December 2025.
Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
ICNAN '25 encourages the submission of original and unpublished research. All accepted extended abstracts will be published in the digital conference proceedings, titled the Book of Abstracts, which will be assigned an online ISBN.
For authors who choose to submit a full paper, accepted manuscripts may be assigned to affiliated Scopus-indexed journals, based on the scope and quality of the work. Full papers submitted to ICNAN '25 by the deadline will be evaluated for originality by the committee and will undergo the standard peer-review process of the respective journals.
The full paper can be uploaded as a new submission through your Extended Abstract Submission portal.
